Serious up charge to my elderly father policy. Over 150$. When I went to confront them on this "apparent" issue. And possibility of taking advantage, they were dismissive and rude. Telling me if I "bashed" her business online, she would sue me for slander. My father has been using this company for over 5 years. And this is shameful business practices. After I left the building walking to our car.. the owner came out the back door and yelled at me across the street. Saying she was going to sue me for defamation. My father did all he could for her not to continue losing her mind on the middle of the street. Seriously poor professionalism

I'm sorry but we decided to go with another insurance Co. The reason your customer service was really bad. No hi can we help you more like we were a bother. Not friendly at all. Could not use there restrooms told me to walk to the library. I understand not letting people off the streets to use But your customers??? Sat for a few minutes and then asked rudely do you have an appointment. If not we would have to make one. Which had already done. Felt very uncomfortable.

I called to get a quote spoke with Christine probably the rudest woman I have ever spoke with took them a about week to get me a quote for insurance. Didn’t even both to provide anything that could be considered custom service. I called no call back so called next afternoon again not in then she called an hour or so later and was rude and couldn’t wait to get off the phone. Thanks for showing how slow rude and unworthy our business you are now. Don't was your time.
