Justin Fox: Allstate Insurance

Coming from one Allstate office to the other. I called this morning to give a quick heads up that one of our insureds would be stopping by to have this office assist with some documents. Melissa was wonderful over the phone and was happy to help. I wanted to give a quick acknowledgement of the great customer service and willingness to help out!! Thank you for all that you do for our communities!! Allstate where you are always in Good Hands!!

We are a local contractor and we insure all our business needs with Justin. This last year we had tools stolen from a job site, and Justin and his team were quick to help me navigate the process, and get me back to work very quickly. I recommend this company to anyone that likes good customer service.

Tried to contact Justin Fox on three different occasions, to go over my 49 percent auto policy increase. He didn't bother to return any of my calls to explain the increase or to help me with a better premium. I have always had great service with Allstate, that's why I don't understand why I wouldn't get a call back. I have gotten numerous quotes and they are all right at the amount of my previous rates with Allstate before the increase. They can't seem to explain the increase to me.. I have had no tickets or accidents..

Justin, the owner does not really care about your interests and what you are looking. Sadly i had bad experience. Told me one price on phone and then when it came time to pay it was more. When contacted him he started arguing with me. Had to change agencies. Been with them for years.

Carrie Fox sent me an email inviting me to submit proof of recent home improvements, including new roof, new exterior paint, new kitchen remodel and appliances, new wood stove. After submitting the receipts, she refused to return my phone calls. I spoke with Justin and he told me that Carrie looked at the home improvement receipts and put “points on my account.” I told Justin that my house needed to be insured for more money. I received zero response from both Carrie and Justin. After over 25 years with Allstate, I switched to Amica. Within 30 days of signing my new policy, my house is insured for $40,000 more than Allstate was insuring it for.
