Justin Buoy - State Farm Insurance Agent

The ONE TIME I need to speak with them concerning a claim and they are closed for the holiday. Never had to come to them in over 4 plus years, but had an accident that was not due to me, dumb luck being at the wrong place at the wrong time when 2 trucks hit each other and slid into my car. THE ONE TIME I NEED TO SPEAK WITH MY CAR INSURANCE AGENT AND THEIR OFFICE IS CLOSED ON THE 24TH OF DECEMBER. AND A CLAIMS NUMBERS POSTED ON THEIR DOOR LEADS TO TELLING ME TO GO ONLINE.

The representatives at this office go above and beyond for their customers every time! Whatever is happening in our life they are there! Thank you!

I love the quick response I get when I call and leave a message. I've always had insurance companies that you had to wait on hold forever or didn't get information for days. But switched to state farm 3 years ago w fabulous rates compared to any other quotes I got. I give all the credit to the girls at the front desk great job ladies 👍👌👏

Justin was "given to me" as a mutual funds rep via State Farm. He was unable to assist me in withdrawal of my money. He was supposed to call/update me on who to contact, how to withdrawal $ etc. But I never heard from him or his secretary with further guidance and assistance. I. Sure he's a super guy, but a phone call (as promised) would gave been very nice.
