Called this insurance company to place a claim on roof damage from a storm. Sent out some one who said it was not caused by the storm. I even had 3 other roofing contractors tell me that it was storm related but they refused to pay. I had to pay out of my own pocket for a new roof that they clearly should have paid for. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They should not even be in business. All they do is take your money but not cover damages when you need them. Beware of this company

They may be cheaper but, you’re definitely getting what you pay for. I’m a new homeowner and had paid my premium prior to closing on my house. I received a phone call months later stating they would be canceling my policy and holding it for one week because they made a mistake with the quote and I actually owed $25-30. I called numerous times with no response, and found out they had actually cancelled my policy a week before they called and told me. No one seems to know what they’re doing there and despite calling and leaving voicemails, I still haven’t gotten a call back. Definitely do not recommend. I ended up going to State Farm who is much more reliable and has great customer service!

At first they talked a good game for home insurance but the service afterwards was nothing close. Their agent charged us the incorrect amount upon starting our policy, a meer $28 less. The agency claimed they sent me letters and called but our phone records showed only one phone call and that was to let us know they would be canceling our policy and sending us a check back. In return I left 3 voice-mails which have been unanswered for 3 weeks and my fiance left 2 voice-mail which have not been answered in 4 weeks. The agent who sold us the policy responded to me after we got the check back on Dec 21 and said he knew nothing about it, however the following week I received a letter signed by him that my policy was canceled at the end of November. I ended up going with State Farm who got me a

Horrible insurance service. Would not cover damage on my roof. Also horrible customer service and communication skills. It took them over a month to submit official paper work stating that my claim was denied. Horribly rude on emails and calls also. I am not sure how this company is legally still in business. Always chose a different insurance company.

The worst company I have ever dealt with No return calls , lied about there coverage, and in a claim from last year still waiting for a call back
