After getting in a minor crash and not having all of the insurance information of the other individual American Family provided me with great services very quickly and at an affordable price compared to what it could’ve been. The fact that everything was handled so quickly and with such care gave me much needed peace of mind, especially after getting in the crash.

I love the service that my agent has given me. I do have a complaint about a lack of communication that I have had from the company. My car was hit by a semi truck. But luckily the car was repairable. My back still isn’t right to this day. But I had to pay my insurance deductible out of pocket plus some car rental fees. I was originally told that they would reimburse me. But haven’t received any feedback inspite of numerous calls to the claims department

Overall ok service but they only care about money and high prices. She refused to cancel my policy and had me calling other numbers. Just so other people from corporate to tell me it’s her job to cancel the policy. They took me back to her line and she told me she would cancel my policy. Don’t let them trick you into not being able to cancel your policy.
