Julie Hessler - COUNTRY Financial Representative

I had a friend who tried to get insurance through this office, but as soon as Julie heard his accent and name, her attitude changed drastically. She became dismissive and unprofessional, giving him little attention and failing to follow up after he provided all his information. When he tried to reach out to her again, she ignored his calls. In 2024, it’s unacceptable for a business to show such clear prejudice, only serving those who look and act like them. Julie’s behavior—placing people on hold when she hears an accent and then hanging up—is deeply unprofessional. The larger office needs to review these complaints and take action. This kind of treatment makes me seriously consider moving my own policy to another office.

She (and her staff) obviously care about their customers and will go the extra mile to accommodate them. You won’t regret calling to talk to them about insuring you personally or commercially!

Been trying for nearly a month to get a return phone call. Calls to office, emails, and even Facebook messenger. Finally got an email response to look somewhere else. I am spending thousands of dollars and can not get a simple phone call. Very disappointed. I will take my business elsewhere.
