Jubinville Insurance

I have been a member there for over 30 years and today I wanted to add a second vehicle on my insurance plan. The lady that spoke to me (Patty) on the phone was extremely rude to me. Her tone of voice was so offensive I almost cried. She even said so rudely if you want all this done before tomorrow you need all this paperwork. She demanded “I want to talk to the sales person”. So we called Mike our sales representative and he had to call her(Patty). Then she said I am only here until noon tomorrow then I leave. If she was having a bad day then start off telling me, please bear with me, or please let me get someone else to help you out. Customer Service just doesn’t mean as much anymore. Carol was our rep before and she retired and oh my God do I miss her, and I also hope she’s doing well.

This insurance company is old and their service leaves much to be desired. They continue to bill your house for insurance 2 weeks after you've sold the house and are no longer living there if their payment is not received the day of the closing. How CRIMINAL and DECEITFUL of a company to do such a thing. And when did I receive the final payment amount???? 13 days after the closing through an email. So if you use this place, prepare to be on the phone constantly with them to figure out payment and due dates as relying on their delayed mail or emails will just leave you being billed for time beyond the sold date of your property. There are way too many other places out there to use for insurance than to consent to this companies slimy behavior. I'd advise to look elsewhere for your insurance

We have both our Auto & Home insurance with them, they are excellent! What I love the most is the quick and knowledgeable response you get from them all the time. I have a question or problem and I either call or email (Missy has always been so great to deal with especially) and I get a response/answer very quickly. The insurance companies they have steered us to have worked out very well.

Our agent, Missy Kosier, is the BEST! always goes above and beyond to help us. She either knows or funds the answers my crazy, spontaneous questions and always responds quickly and courteously. I have worked with Missy for years and I am still and always have been a very happy client.
