Juan Gomes: Allstate Insurance

These people are Criminal thieves. My premium jumped up higher than the car payment without notice. I went to the end of my policy and told them I was not going to renew it because I had found it cheaper. 8 or 9 days later they took it upon themselves to renew my policy and then they hit my account for $479 for one month. now they refuse to refund it. I'm almost 50. I didn't pay that much for insurance when I was 18. Save yourself the stress and heartache and don't deal with this company. The only reason they got the one stars because I couldn't leave a review without it. Juan Gomez Allstate Insurance are the most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with.

I have no tickets and have never been at fault for an accident. At 50 years old you would think I could get a decent rate. Without going into detail I will simply say I would not recommend Allstate. If your trying to avoid the deal where your rate goes up unreasonably every time you renew than steer clear.

I’ve had 2 accidents and both times called practically hysterical. The staff is incredibly patient and helpful after such a rattling event. The only place I have felt gives genuinely personalized service. The office is always decorated for holidays and staff is helpful and sweet in person. The only complaint is that the parking lot is weird so if you’re a very new driver just come in through the bakery parking lot instead.

Called to cancel my service with ALLSTATE. as I found an insurance provider who covers twice as much for half the cost (geico) GEICO has me with full coverage and only a $500 deductible. I called to cancel my service, they said they would send cancellation email. They never did. Then I call call about my partial refund for the policy i didnt use. Now they are saying I OWE them money when the conversation yesterday was the opposite. Get out while you still can. Allstate Gomez has taken thousands from me for very minimal insurance. Ridiculous.

HORRIBLE....Never got an application to sign off on, not able to activate Drivewise. They've given me several quotes canceled my policy, said I canceled it Can't find the lowest quote I was given. This office keeps taking money from my bank account. HORRIBLE!!!!
