I highly recommend this insurance agency. The Smith Agency realizes that most people move through life without spending much time thinking about insurance. Most people purchase a policy and forget about it. The truth is though, that just having a policy isn't enough. (Maybe 5-6) I have always been completely satisfied with the Jerry & Todd Smith Agency. I cannot express how wonderful they and their staff have been to us over the years. We have both, home owners, and car insurance. Whether it be adding insurance of household purchases, or having damage done to our vehicles, they are Johnny on the spot and take care of the problem for us. My father and mother had Erie insurance for their home and auto. When I got my first car over 50 years ago, my auto policy branched off their policy. I think the employees of this agency take pride in their jobs. They are friendly, caring and very helpful. They are an asset to any employer. With more than 70 years of combined coverage, I would say we were very satisfied customers.
