We've had both house and auto policies with Wolf Insurance for about 10 years. Because we have anywhere from 3 to 5 cars/trucks at a time with different ages and values, we tend to mix coverage between comprehensive and liability with different levels of coverage too. Here's what makes Wolf insurance easy to deal with: It's almost 100% by email. I've been in the office 4 times in ten years and made maybe two phone calls. No matter how I've worked with them, Wanita, or Roxie, or John, the answers are quick, accurate and allow me to make the best decision for our situation. For instance: We are buying a car tomorrow, sent an email an hour or so ago, got the insurance card in an email already. That, is what customer service is about.
