I never give bad reviews but I strongly advise caution when dealing with Marty from JP Insurance Group. My experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. Marty consistently fails to return phone calls or emails, leaving me hanging when I need assistance the most. She placed me on a workers' compensation policy that was completely inappropriate for my business, which is now costing me thousands of dollars in additional payments. I'm currently undergoing an audit with workers' comp, and despite her assurances that she submitted the necessary paperwork, I continue to receive emails from AmTrust stating they haven't received any of the documents. Super great experience with JP Insurance Group getting coverage for my small business. They are prompt, professional and have competitive rates. I saved money instantly on the 2 policies that I switched to them. Have been with them a couple years now. Every interaction with them has been positive. Recently they found an error on a policy payment (caused by me). They notified me ASAP and already had a fix in place. They potentially saved me some real headaches. I appreciate their attention to detail and KNOW that they have my back!

Contacted Marty on Monday asking for business liability insurance quote and was promised a response on Tuesday. It didn’t come. Wednesday I called back and after further discussion I was told to expect quotes Thursday morning. It didn’t come. It’s now Friday afternoon and I have heard nothing. JP Insurance group has wasted my time.

JP insurance is full service and a pleasure to work with. Good to have the watching our six.
