Josh Tollett - State Farm Insurance Agent

Josh is great and his staff is amazing. Now his manager is pushy and overbearing. Just beware of the polite facade hides someone who will not understand no for an answer.

I wanted to leave a review about my experience today, I recieved amazing customer service from Derek with Josh Tollets State Farm location. The night before I had a bad experience with the after hours line and was upset with the situation. Derek called and emailed me first thing this morning after seeing I was trying to add a new car and was having issues. He was enthusiastic to assist me every step of the way. He was empathetic towards my issues from the night before and went about working with me to get exactly the service I needed at a fair price. He promised to follow up on my account to make sure everything get squared away. Derek did an amazing job and I wanna make sure that he gets the recognition he deserves. Josh also called me personally to verify all my concerns were cleared. 5

Josh is the best. I've used him for years on various issues. Every time I have something pop up, Josh and his team jump immediately on answering any questions. Any time I need an advocate, there is no one better.

I love working with Josh because he is honest. If he can’t find the best insurance deal and coverage, he will tell you. And that says a lot!

I spoke to Derrick he was amazing he listened to all my concerns told he how he was able to assist me.
