I’m trying to get my roof replaced due to hail damage. I’ve been trying since last October. Allstate has been terrible to deal with. Delay, delay, deny, make my roofer send in the same info over&over again. They have paid a small amount on the claim. They won’t even pay for what the county is requiring for a new roof as far as fire protection.

Rude , horrible customer service, and zero accountability. They dragged out my claim, ignored my calls, and hit me with hidden fees. Feels like a shady operation focused on ripping people off, not helping them. Stay far away. Also spams my Mailbox with deceptive marketing notices.

I called and spoke with Julia. Let me tell you, she was amazing. Give that girl a raise! My homeowner’s insurance through Progressive was going to renew and an outrageous rate, $1800 more than the previous year, with no claims. She worked with me, got me an affordable rate, and I couldn't be happier.

Received solicitation for insurance quote, name and address pulled from deeds, home purchases in recent years perhaps? And we live 2+ hours north of this agency! Per the solicitation letter, call main Allstate to be removed from solicitations. We didn't ask for solicitation. Allstate cannot remove us. Colorado Springs agent is responsible. So info in letter is incorrect. Have to call agency and hope they stop. Seriously, spamming out solicitations to people who live hours away from your agency? Rather desperate. 🙄
