I recently bought my first car last week, I talked to Josh Harris since he was my mother’s agent. From the start he was very easy to talk to and very kind. He was very informative and explained everything with great detail. He gave me suggestions and answered any question I had. I couldn’t recommend him enough! Worst experience possible. Recently totaled my vehicle and received no help what so ever from anyone in this office. I had to call another agency to walk me through what I needed to do. When purchasing insurance I was walked through what I thought would protect me. Not knowing much about insurance, it ended up screwing me completely and I was not protected at all. Was told by the receptionist I would get a call back from Josh after my accident last week and never heard a word. Was only apologized to when I asked to cancel my policy. When you are in an accident where you completely total your vehicle and don’t know what to do this is the last thing you want to deal with. Please save yourself and go with anyone else.
