It was the best experience I ever had with insurance people. and I would recommend them to anybody who would love to change. and have people that care about you and your family. They are so willing to take the time and explain everything to you about what you need to get for your insurance and they let you know if you should get something a little bit better or if you are okay with what you want they will not force you to take more Insurance than what you need but they are willing to help you and explain everything to you about what you can get. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants to be part of a family that's willing to speak to you and take the time to explain stuff to you about all their different stuff that they offer. I find my agent to be extremely qualified and attentive. She has the patience of a saint as I am always asking questions. I recommend Allstate to all my friends and associates.

I got one year of renters insurance from this group and they renewed it TWICE without authorization. When I reached out Joseph was entitled and aloof until I threatened to go to Chase bank with the fraudulent charges. Then he stopped replying and had an assistant send me a insurance cancelation receipt for 1 year. Highly unprofessional. Would not recommend. Still in the process of getting my full refund for the insurance he charged me for without me even living in the apartment.
