This circus is a complete joke! No one has a clue what they're doing. The so-called "manager" said they'd call me back, but surprise, surprise, they never did. I ended up canceling all four of my policies because of their incompetence. The owner is always conveniently unavailable, even though I've spotted him around. It's obvious he couldn't care less. Avoid this agency at all costs - their service is atrocious. And to top it off, they have a bunch of clueless high schoolers running the show. Absolutely ridiculous!
