When I spoke with her she made me feel very engaged in the process & put my mind at ease with the information that she had provided me with. I am very much new to the insurance part of life, and so when I called state farm Veronica helped me answer all my questions! She was very kind, polite, and helpful! Wow! That's what comes to mind when I think about my experience with this office! Not only were the staff incredibly helpful and knowledgeable but oh my gosh they made me feel like family. I recently moved to the area and maybe I'm just used to the way big city folks handle things because I wasn't prepared for the kindness that I received when I walked through that door.
