I swapped my insurance from Progressive to State Farm last year and it was the best decision! Saved a lot of money! Their representative Kacey Maness is truly the best! She has been incredibly professional, well-spoken, and genuinely kind every time I’ve talked to her. She explains everything clearly, makes sure I fully understand my coverage, and always takes the time to answer my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She truly cares about the well being of her customers and making sure they get the best prices, deals, and outcomes!! 10/10 recommend this company and this representative!!

She actively listens to what you need She goes over and beyond to help and get you the best price fir what you need. Then she doesn't stop there give her a few days she will call just to check in. I had the best amazing experience with Stacia Ashley. She went above and beyond to help me get my auto switched over and then added life insurance policy for myself as well. She was super sweet! Loved talking with her, she truly cares about her customers.

Great customer service! STACEY is so friendly and very helpful! I saved so much $$..I can't believe how much I saved by switching my Auto policy and keeping the same amount of coverage.
