Johnny Rodriguez: Allstate Insurance

Worst service ever!!! I recently made adjustments to my policies and when I had a question the "lady" on the phone didn't even bother to try to explain or help me; she just rudely hung up the phone and I've been a customer for more than five years!!! Goes to show how much they care for the customers!!! 👎👎👎👎👎I just wish the conversation was recorded so I could file a complaint, but it seems the calls to the local agents are conveniently not recorded!!!

Allstate Agent Johnny Rodriguez provides great service. I have been their client for several years now and when I need their help, they are always willing and ready to assist me. They are very professional and courteous and really care about their clients.

Great insurance company. They treat you like family. We've met most of the staff. We've mostly dealt with Kimberly-Dawn Valle. What a love! She makes us feel like friends not just a client. Great place to trust with your insurance needs.

Overall my experience has been very pleasant, the staff are kind, professional, and know how to fix an issue if one arises, I`d genuinely recommend this specific All State Agency just because of how productive they are and how much they care about the quality of their customer`s experience. I mean I think my monthly car payments are a bit high, but they had the lowest monthly rates compared to any other company in the valley I could compare them to. So I`d give a solid 5/5

I have been with Johnny Rodriguez All-State for over 15 years. The staff they treat you like family. Yoland Guerra is an excellent employee. I highly recommend this business.
