Wasn't very nice. Took over 3 weeks and 2 requests to get a check in the mail, which never came. Went to West Seattle location and they printed it w/in 3 hours of signing verification paperwrk. Made my husband wait outside, wasn't even allowed inside, and refused to print check, insisted on mailing. Have since switched insurances. Thank you.
