John Rose: Allstate Insurance

The worst experience ever! Allstate is the worst insurance company my husband and I ever have been with and it’s ridiculous. Years ago everyone raved on Allstate customer service and my extended family was with Allstate, which made us wanted to switch to Allstate, however; after the terrible, unprofessional, unsatisfactory and demeaning experience we had., I would not recommend Allstate to anyone and we will never choose Allstate as an insurance agency ever again.

I have been a Allstate customer for over 40 years 35 in California last 12 here in North Carolina. Had roof damage last July it took 5 months for them to repair my roof. It took 3 inspections and 2 appeals before they paid to repair it less my deductible. Not one call or call back from John Rose agency. He is good about sending out billing and thank you’s for payment but if you are looking for customer service better look elsewhere. I am

I want to give a massive shout out to Russell who works there. When I had talked with another agent there, they left me misinformed and it could have led to massive issues. But Russell was amazing and super helpful in explaining everything and walking me through the steps I needed to take to fix the situation. I hope his supervisors see this and give him some acknowledgement and get all of their agents on his level.

I switched to Allstate several months to save money on premiums, which I did. About 2 months ago a water pipe broke upstairs and had to have repairs upstairs and downstairs. Allstate adjuster, Carly Hager, was wonderful to work with, always returning calls quickly and keeping me advised as to exactly what I needed to do and how it would be handled. The repairs were done much faster than I would have anticipated and I was reimbursed by Allstate immediately..I would definitely recommend Allstate. I hated to have to file a claim so quickly after going with them but I couldn't have had a better experience.

I was NOT in good hands. The entire process after filing a claim for roof damage was nothing less than incompetent adjusters, changing of multiple adjusters, resubmitting photos, revisited by Allstate Inspectors, telephonic calls and emails that went unanswered in a timely manner, and to kick the can further, the insurance agent representatives considered them as ‘separate’ from the Adjusters Department. Allstate is ALLSTATE!
