Terrible car insurance company to deal with, their employee named "Hope White" is a terribly mannered woman, she has no customer service skills let alone empathy at all. Find better mannered employees! Before you even explain any situation to her, this woman is extremely stubborn, aggressive, rude and argues over everything, it is as if she is a lawyer to this scam of an insurance company. Filed a claim, was hit by a guy with this insurance company, and they refuse to accept full liability despite the fact that the police report clearly states this guy is to blame, they are a complete scam, and their employees are even worse... They claim that police reports are only a small part of the investigation, despite the fact that police were on the scene and took statements from everyone, and I e

Awful company, paid them for the month and eight days later cancelled. They are now refusing to refund me the proper amount and I'm having to fight tooth and nail to get anything done. Was refused when I asked to speak to a manager.

I am very satisfied with AllState, the agent found me a price I could afford for car insurance.

Everyone is very nice and courteous very satisfied with all you do no problems thus far.
