John Ramsay: Allstate Insurance

Everyone at John's insurance office has been professional, pleasant and prompt. They guided me through a tough accident (not at fault) and Allstate provided me the support I needed as well as a very reasonable price on the loss of our car. I do not hesitate to continue to deal with them for all our insurance needs.

This will be my first and last with Allstate company Allstate’s customer service is absolutely awful. The hold times are ridiculous, and once you finally reach someone, you’re often transferred again or given no real help at all. Hours wasted, zero resolution. It’s infuriating to deal with a company that takes your money but can’t provide basic support when you need it. The lack of urgency, accountability, and respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise others to stay away.

What I love about the John Ramsey All State office is that they're always available. I've never trusted an insurance operation before going with Mr. Ramsey, Alex and company.

John Ramsay's staff are the best! whenever I mess up and dont get a card number changed etc etc, they contact me , correct the faux faux and all is well! Very unusual today to have the human contact with the Agent. We have a long standing relationship with Allstate and John and will continue that ! Greg and Sharon

Helpful, attentive and always available. John Ramsay Allstate and his staff are reliable, easement in helping us navigate insuring our vehicles, adding new ones as our kids got their licenses and insuring our homes as well our kids renters insurance. As a long term customer I would recommend them wholeheartedly!
