John Kirk - State Farm Insurance Agent

I love that whenever I call this office, a person picks up the phone and answers my questions right away. I don't have to talk to an automated directory or leave a voice mail. We've been insured with John Kirk for 15 years and have had great service the whole time. They have helped me with a car accident and roof damage and have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I have had a very good experience working with Kori here at John Kirk SF office. She did her best to help we with getting the info of my insurance as well as answering all of my questions and concerns. Professional agent, thorough service, and nice office.

I have been with John Kirk for well over 20 years and he and his entire staff have been awesome to work with for all our needs! They have helped us with renters insurance, various car insurance, and now insurance for our house. They are so friendly, easily accessible and always will to help!

This has been nothing but an aggravation since I acquired a policy with State Farm. Twice now their system has messed up the automatic draft for payments, causing me to provide my information over and over repeatedly and having to double charge for a month in advance. Not a good way to make an impression with a new customer. I've had no issues like this with other insurance companies.

I had a short notice time sensitive task I needed help with and Marissa made it a priority. Thanks for the help today!
