John Jackson has been my insurance agent since the early 2000’s. He and Susan have been super easy and great to work with over the years, and they’ve provided great products and pricing for our family. Years ago I had been with Progressive and felt I was being overcharged significantly. John and his team not only improved my coverage but also cut my monthly payment roughly in half. They’ve been responsive when we’ve had questions or needed to make changes , they’re easy to reach via phone or email, and always just been good to us. When you get off the phone with them you generally feel better about the day because of their positive attitude. John Jackson had my business for years, but when I needed him to step up he did the bare minimum and said there was nothing further he could do to advocate for me. He once called my number incorrectly trying to call another customer back, and I took the opportunity to fill him in on the updates of how badly my claim experience was going since he was supposed to follow up at some point. He reiterated that he could do noting more to help me and hung up on me unprofessionally while I was still talking and trying to end the conversation politely. Do not do business with him. He will sell you insurance all day but when push comes to shove and the adjusters drag the process out, he will do the bare minimum and claim his hands are tied and try to hide behind their process to protect their bottom
