Have paid premiums for several years, automatic withdrawals, the FIRST time we have an accident, many calls, emails & text, I'm told by "Sarah" it's basically not her job or problem. Weeks after, We literally had to contact THE PREZ of Erie to get things done. Terrible customer service & WILL NEVER recommend Senka.
I have been getting my insurance here for years. Thus is the best place in town to get friendly service at a great price. Sarah is the best! They even help with dmv paperwork to get plates on your car/motorcycle quick and easy!
