John Fisher - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have worked with Melissa, Hannah, Kayla, and Kendall multiple times and they have all been so sweet and helpful with making sure we're taken care of. Melissa is the Queen of claims and makes the process smooth as butter! They are always responsive and proactive if there is ever an issue or concern. I live about an hour away and could easily switch to another local State Farm agent but I haven't due to the great customer service experience! The team take the motto "Like a good neighbor" to another level and treat you like family!

Hannah is awesome. She’s helped me with several products and is very attentive. I’ve had a great experience with this office since our first call. I have to add in I just had my second great experience with this office. I had an accident and Melissa went to work! She made sure I was paid promptly, met me to retrieve my title, and gave me wisdom for my next car purchase. Insurance isn’t expensive when you get the expertise, attention, and service that Melissa and Hannah at John Fisher provide. Thanks again!

Love having Melissa taking care of our belongings! She absolutely loves to help and will take her time finding the best rates and needed services. Just recently she found an error and went out of her way to correct it and got us a $600 refund!! And if that wasn't the cream on the cake she even reached out to the other state offices and made sure they also made the corrections! Never changing provider's.

This is the best team. I been with them for 20 years. Melissa and team have been thick and thin . Can call her anytime for anything and I God for her .
