I have been a customer of State farm even before John Dietrich was the agent. Always had good experiences with all of them they are so nice and really professional and solve all of your issues as best as they can Master have people like that as your agent I have three insurance is for them two cars and one house..

Always there when you need them. If something goes wrong they are there to help fix it. Haven’t had but one issue since I started this State Farm Journey and Stacy’s worked really hard to straighten it all up for me. Thank you John Dietrich State Farm and staff for all your insurance services.

I have been a customer at this State Farm office for YEARS and could not be more pleased with the service and attention to customer. Samantha has gone out of her way to assist me with multiple claims and just general policy questions making sure I am informed and getting the coverages that best suit my needs. Highly recommend this office if you want an insurer that will make you feel like you’re part of the family and will always be there to lend a helping hand ! 10/10!

I called the office and spoke with Sam. I needed to know what to do and she took the time to give me the information I needed and sent several emails so I could use them for what I needed. Sam calmed me down and let me know it wasn’t the end of the world. She was so kind, helpful and patient with this senior woman. Don’t plan on speaking to anyone else if I need to call again. Thank you, Sam , for being there when I needed an ear! I was gonna charge offices til I spoke with Sam. Now I’m not leaving.
