John Cowart - State Farm Insurance Agent

SF took care of us like family when an uninsured driver hit us only 5 months into our policy. Better than a good neighbor. Christy is awesome.

This 5 star review is specifically for Bella Suniga who I have been working with for the last few years. My situation was a difficult one (my fault) and she was there to save the day. Super professional and quick response times. Thank you @Bella! I highly recommend her services.

I have been with this group for years! Every single person in that office has helped me in one way or another. They know the challenges that I have had to face and they are there to walk me through it. You won't find another insurance agent that will do that for you. I am so pleased with John Cowart's group and won't ever change!

John Cowart has been our agent for around 13 years. It's true, I usually speak with Susan but I've spoken with, and met John on a number of occasions. They handle our homeowners, auto, and life policies and we've never had a problem with anyone in the office. In fact, Susan always explains everything very clearly and never rushes me through a conversation and I ask a LOT of questions.

Finally going to change agents. I'm not sure why this even says John Cowart because in 7 years, I have NEVER spoken to him. Susan has handled all of my concerns with State Farm and she has done a good job with my utilizing State Farm for a claim, but forget any discounts or getting any explanations of charges. I believe she is perfectly fine with everyone paying FULL premium for State Farm insurance. Oh and she definitely runs the office. I called Johns Cell by accident once and was asked never to call that number again, even though its on his card. OK... In conclusion this office is horrible. If you havent spoken to your agent in 7 years and contact them consistantly, well then they simply couldn't care less. I also have multiple policies with them. Goodbye John Cowart, hello someone wh
