John Collins is the man. Very satisfied since I been covered with State Farm. My fiance got rear ended and went through the whole claim process of getting reimbursed. Was getting a little frustrated with the claims department that had been a couple weeks trying to get a resolution and I gave John a call and voiced my frustration. He was very understanding and went to bat for me. I got a call within an hour getting off the phone with him to let me know he called and spoke to a Supervisor and is fighting for us.(Even if he didn't get me what I was looking for, I appreciated the prompt follow up and trying) He then called me back in 30 min and got me what the vehicle is worth.
