John Abercrombie III - State Farm Insurance Agent

Statefarm is a joke, will cancel your policy if you repair windshield rock chips under their windshield coverage that you pay extra for. Raising prices on almost every bill and can't explain why. They just like to take your money and not provide services that you pay for.

John is awful. The customer service is horrendous. The price is absolutely insane. I went to Geico and got $100 dollars cheaper ! And that’s without the “safe drivers”. When I called John last week and asked about the price he told me “it’s only going up from here”. I highly encourage everyone to switch. I’ll be letting all my family and friends know too.

Absolutely unprofessional! Out of town for unknown number days, can't get a straight answer from his secretary that just repeats unhelpful answers. He calls me after business hours with zero help offered. I tried getting my vehicle insured on the 14th, plenty of days before Christmas vacations started and he avoids phone calls, texts and emails. And so does his secretary and entire office. Had to call state farm and cry in order to get a NEW agent to help insure me asap. THIS OFFICE IS THE WORST!

John has been completely non responsive and avoiding calls and emails. He owes us in numerous overpayments. Absolutely do not use and save yourself a lot of money, time and headache. A year later we’re still trying to get refunded and our policy cancelled.

Well from the beginning I had insurance with John for almost 15 years. I spoke with different agents through the years and they were awesome, but they eventually left John's agency. Just recently like the past 2 years the service and responsibility of the current agents has been terrible including John himself. My wife and daughter got insurance elsewhere due to poor service and outrageous prices offered by this agency. My daughter and wife got insurance through another agency and got a much lower rate for less. I stayed because John personally adjusted my new rate after my wife and daughter left. He quoted me $150.00 a month. But I come to find out in November of 2017 I was charged $260.00, then in December and January $230.00 each month. These rates were hiked up without my knowledge. I
