John A Smith - State Farm Insurance Agent

We've been with State Farm and John Smith for over 35 years. Always good service from his insurance rep, Harry. John is a little bit of an enigma though. But I guess when you have established a successful base with good employees you don't have to be around too much. Good for him. I'm sure he worked hard to build his business.

Extremely poor and disorganized service. Reps usually take several days to get back to me with answers to questions, if they get back to me at all. Absolutely zero help has been offered in identifying the right products for me and my family (past branches have walked through our policies on a yearly basis to adjust coverage as needed. We've heard nothing for a year from anyone at this branch). We have been State Farm customers for 11 years, but now we are actively looking for a different insurance company after our experience with this branch.

They need to be shutdown they’re no good. They don’t help you when you receive damages to your property they try to lowball you the best way they can. I didn’t realize how horrible they were until I received damages to my property and it’s been 5 months and I’m still waiting to get my damages repaired.

This agent and his office manager are totally non professional and have NO integrity. They are very sneaky and do not treat long time customers with any dignity. STAY CLEAR of them.

Staff always professional and friendly. When I call my questions are answered and problems solved. I've been with John Smith for 31 years now.
