Joel Fiorelli - State Farm Insurance Agent

This is a correction to a previous review. I didn’t read the address on the policy. This agency has been outstandingly professional and helpful. I’m so impressed with the customer service. The mistake was also my fault. I apologize for the other review. If I could find it. I’d delete. lol.

I'm a long term customer. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've never had issues with any services. Awesome team.

I have been with Fiorelli State Farm since 1973. I have had nothing but fabulous service from these people through so many ups and downs throughout the years. They are so attentive and really care about their clients. They are so easy to talk to and explain everything very thoroughly. Just today I talked to Maria and some questions that I had and she was very clear and understanding and I would suggest anybody looking for coverage to definitely check in with this office, I can just not say enough things about them.

Joel Fiorelli, Linda Hayes and crew have been taking care of my insurance needs for literally 30+ years. Before that, they took care of my parents. Now they service policies for my friends and 22 year old daughter! They are thorough, empathetic, organized and professional. I love this office of State Farm! I recommend them to anyone who seeks customer service as a means of one of life’s comforts in 2018 and years to come!

I've had State Farm car insurance forever! Abbey is always helpful with my car insurance needs. I recently set up homeowner's insurance and spoke a lot with Davey (again, an awesome, attentive agent). Joel met with my fiance and I after house to talk life insurance. It was a great, no pressure chat about all the different types of life insurance and how it all works. I have yet to meet a Joel Fiorelli agent that didn't meet or exceed my expectations!
