Joe Lait - State Farm Insurance Agent

Had homeowners and car insurance through Joe for years. My son has a less than stellar driving record. He doesn’t drive my car and has his own policy through another company. Joe upped my rate 200% and refused to take my son off my policy. Wouldn’t work with me, and told me good luck, no one else would insure me. Found cheaper rates with better coverage elsewhere. His secretary is Amanda is great. He, however, was very difficult to deal with. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone, ever. Find yourself a better agent, because it’s not him.

Would not recommend Joe to anyone. State Farm is a great company but do yourself a favor and find a quality agent that cares about their policyholders. There are thousands of State Farm agents in the valley and you’d be much better off finding someone else.

Joe and Amanda are a great team. Anytime I need any assistance, review my policies, addressing my accidents, etc.They are courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

I cannot begin to tell you how disgusted.. i am with State Farm and My "so called" agent. I have.. i mean WAS a 15+year customer with State Farm.. in that time. only I auto accident, (NOT MY FAULT)..no tickets .. and 1 Home Insurance claim. State Farm sent me a very generic letter on July 6 stating they were terminating my home owners insurance due to the claim. which I am still waiting to be paid for the items that were damaged by the water leak........The letter said I had until July 31st to find new insurance. Joe Lait never CALLED ME NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS Just overall poor customer service..
