I've been a longtime client of Joe Dufek's State Farm Team and have experienced extraordinary service over the years. Karen's been my Agent and has really helped me with all of my insurance. I'm gratefulf for her dedication, kindness, patience, and knowledge. She's fantastic! The entire team is great and I highly recommend them!

Karen Lund is the #1 reason why I am with this agency. I have been insured through State Farm since my early 20's and now into my late 40's, I have multiple lines with State Farm. Karen has taken care of ALL my needs over the years and I never have to worry about having inadequate coverage. Her recommendations are top notch and she never tries to sell me coverages I don't need. Karen works so hard and is so kind and personable!! She runs this agency as if it was her own! A+ service. Years of being with this office. Home owners insurance, multiple vehicle insurance, boat insurance multiple life insurances policies they decide to drop our vehicles due to a risk assessment. Which, as being inconvenienced in having the final insurance as a business owner? I understand that you have to do A. Risk evaluation at the end of the day.You're in business to make money. Fine. However, what started this was? I accidentally clipped the gate in front of my son's school. The tow truck driver that State Farm insisted that I used rift, my console open and broke it, trying to find my key. I like Joe and his office. I have three policies with them. His office and staff are always prompt and professional. The pricing he was able to give me on policies beat out other insurance companies considerably. Most of the time, I deal with his staff. The 3-4 times I have dealt with Joe, himself, I found him to be awesome to work with. I am not sure if the one star review I read is real. I find it hard to believe that Joe would be anything but pleasant based upon my dealings with him.

I have been with this agency a very long time and recently things have really gone downhill. I had an incident happen and after asking my State Farm representative if it was covered, and some random person ‘Rowdy’ responds ‘NO’. After taking my vehicle to a more affordable shop to repair, I kept asking for proof that it was not covered and carelessly I get a response to submit a claim. It has been almost five months now without my vehicle and they only pay one month of rental coverage. This has been the biggest headache I have ever had and Joe and Rowdy and whoever else there could care less. Google ‘State Farm Fraud’ and you will see exactly what people have been dealing with for the last 25 years with all of these big name agencies. State Farm executives should be locked up. INSU
