I am so dissatisfied with State Farm. Especially Gladus from the express division. Gladus was so off putting to me today I decided to leave a review for her. I was polite and friendly, called up with a question. She told me to seek legal counsel. She continued to over speak me and denied me speaking with a manager or supervisor. She claimed she didn’t have one today. When I said I’d leave a negative review with her name on it, she offered to send me to a managers voicemail to leave a complaint.

I am a client of the Joe Ciraulo Agency of State Farm. The agent and his team do an excellent job in providing great customer service and they are always available to assist me with a smile. Great office, great people! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you need insurance.

the people in this office ripped me off. The first month they gave me a favorable price for me, but in the following month my quota increased by more than 40 percent. I tried to call him many times and they said they would call me back and this never happened. They said that I would only pay a high fee once and then it would go down but they lied because the fee is still high. they scam people by telling lies. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

My wife bumped a person ahead of her in the drive-thru line at Dunkin' Donuts, just a scratch to their bumper, they had previous damage and admitted it right there. The other driver got an estimate of $800 to fix it, we were skeptical because of the obvious prior damage (to the other side from where my wife hit it!). We called State Farm to alert them and see if we should pay out of pocket or claim it, and to make sure their investigator makes note of the prior damage. They said it's under $1,000 so our rates won't go up. Then, instead of doing a proper investigation they sent the other woman to some other body shop without telling us, the new shop jacked up the repair price, which allowed Joe Ciraulo's office to then jack up our rate DOUBLE what it was. What a nice scam they have going! W
