Jody Jordan - State Farm Insurance Agent

Went online to do a quote and they called me that day to review. Not only did they save me over $100 dollars per month but gave my family and I more protection than what progressive was giving me. Their customer service is what I would expect from my insurance agency. You guys rock !

We Cancelled our Car-home insurance on 9/7/25 and today is 12/15/25 almost three months later and we had not received a check of cancelation. Our Home Loan is waiting for that check. They said that they sent two checks to my address but we didn't receive yet. We received all ours mails everyday. Please check what happen. I had called several times and now I had to wait 30 days to request another check. It's not fair!!

I had a great experience working with my car insurance agent. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain my coverage clearly. I felt confident knowing I was getting the best options for my needs. Highly recommend!

Great relationship for 12 years, they dropped my coverage saying they did not receive pictures of requested cosmetic roof work, I had it professionally cleaned, invoice also provided. Apparently not good enough. If they don't want to cover you, they'll find a way.

The service has been great both in the office and when I call in. Definitely will recommend Jody Jordan State Farm to all my friends and family.
