Joanne Jordan - State Farm Insurance Agent

This is an amazing insurance agent. Joanne has been my go to agent for years. Great staff and awesome products.

Had a policy there for a long time and had to cancel it. The person on the phone confirmed the cancellation. Still got hit with the bill a month later. After calling again I was told only the agent could cancel the policy, in the same call the person acknowledged they remembered speaking to me and would cancel the policy. When I asked for confirmation of the cancellation they told me that they do not provide confirmation on cancellations. After speaking with other State Farm agents I found out that literally everyone else provides a documentation on cancellations. Update: went in person to cancel the policy and the women I talked to on the phone was the same I talked to in person. She stated that the policy was cancelled, but when I asked for confirmation she said "this office does not d

The people at state farm are really helpful and professional I love using the company. I am also very happy to know if I ever do need my insurance agent she will be willing to help me and go above and beyond to make sure everything is great and we are happy.
