Extremely Disappointing Experience with Joanna Lu's Office I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at Joanna Lu's office. After experiencing poor service and extremely slow handling from my previous insurance agent, I decided to seek assistance from Joanna Lu's office, hoping for a more professional and supportive experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were completely shattered. Upon arriving, I was shocked to be refused assistance by a staff member. The reason given was utterly unprofessional and unacceptable: they claimed they could not help me because they had a close relationship with my previous insurance agent. 3/6/2026 星期五我之前的Allstate Agent因為退休而我2026年2月保費被自動扣款卻並未收到Policy documents ，從Google 網路上找到這家，下午3:30前往詢問如何得到紙本的documents，一進門一位工作人員叫Sunny真的非常非常的友善，不僅幫忙打電話給Allstate且立刻列印出可以放車上的保險證明，也感同身受的瞭解Allstate的電話不怎麼方便使用，就留她個人手機並告知以後有什麼需要協助的地方直接發簡訊即可…，我真的有被感動到，在保險Agent滿天飛的情況下能有如此佳的員工，她值得被褒獎。
