I've had State Farm for decades and would give them high marks for both customer service and for ease of filing claims. I wanted them for homeowners when I installed a new home on my property, but at the time, they weren't able to cover the replacement cost of the new manufactured double-wide. The company I did choose cancelled my policy after a couple years, so I revisited State Farm coverage with Brandi. She was able to get me a policy that covered replacement value this time, with a couple of phone calls, and one visit to take pictures. Very convenient, and now I'm completely back in the State Farm family with my home and vehicles!
