Had an experience helping a mutual client get insurance on his vehicle. Perry was immaculate. However, I am leaving 4 stars because when I called back asking to have a document resent, Lisa was EXTREMELY rude! When I told her that she didn’t need to be brash, that I was the one that was being rude because I said, “Ma’am?” Whenever she disregarded my request. Very unprofessional.

I've been. With Jim for over twenty years (since high school) and the services , resources and knowledge shared is just second to none.

Stopped in to see if their online quote was accurate. Bought the policy.
