Jim Hockemeyer- State Farm Agent

I switched from Mr. Hockemeyer’s State Farm agency to another insurance provider. Before canceling, I confirmed with Cesar from the agency that ending my policy would not be an issue. Despite that, I was charged for an additional month after the cancellation date. When I contacted the agency to resolve it, I was told by Janice that I would not be receiving any refund, even though I had already been insured by a different company for over a month—a fact they were aware of. I was then told to contact the “main office” for refunds. When I did, they told me refunds had to come from the agency itself. This back-and-forth left me with no resolution or accountability from either side. Just be cautious and make sure everything is clearly documented if you decide to work with this agency

Excellent gentleman as well as his staff, he's always ready to answer a call.I have noticed that Jim recognized me by the tone of my voice. He deserves more than 4.6 because he is excellent person.

They are super helpful!! They helped me to get my painting at the store next to them which was closed. I didn't get insurance from them but the next time I do I will definitely be calling them just based on how helpful they were with my painting! I can't thank them enough!!!

Cesar is the best. He breaks everything down so I can understand & never feel rushed. Excellent customer service all around.

I spoke to Jim's agent who did not pressure me to buy the insurance. She gave me a quote and I asked a few questions. She was very professional in her answers.
