I went into the Washington Mo office today, needing help with 2 claims.Nicole was very friendly, helpful, and patient as I had no clue what I was doing. This was my first claim. When I called the claim department they had told me that I needed to bring estimate into Washington office, which turned out to be incorrect. Nicole guided me on what I needed to do. After I completed the claim I was told to contact Nicole and have her upload estimate to the claim. I left a message with the information and Nicole reached out to me after she completed the work. I feel she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make sure I got the claim submitted correctly. She also shared some candy with me 😋 There was another girl in the office (I didn't get her name) she was also warm and caring.

I experienced high quality customer service from Nicole today!! She listened and responded to my concerns in a thoughtful way and corrected information on my account.
