I have had very positive experiences with Jill Mitchell and her staff. Jill and her staff are very polite, friendly and very knowledgeable with information about different policies that State Farm offers. They are very professional and responsive to the needs of their customers and I will definitely be going back to them for any additional policies that I may need in the future.

I’ve been with this office for years and have always received the best customer service and respect. They actually look out for me and my family and provide the guidance that best suits our needs. The staff have been there for awhile and know what they are doing. I absolutely recommend Jill Mitchell State Farm! They are what’s best for my families growing and changing needs.

We have a combined condominium/auto policy with State Farm. Overall they are excellent! We had a sewer backup/flood in our unit 9/4/22. It basically destroyed the lower walls in the bathroom and hallway, and closet, plus the laminate flooring in the bedroom. Brandalyn Marshall helped us in so many ways. First, she found us a pet-friendly hotel to stay while the repairs were done. Then she made sure the various contractor bids were received and responded to in a timely manner. She answered dozens of my emails and calls related to our special needs. She was always kind, caring, and efficient. I have a Master’s Degree in Management but am elderly and retired now. If I could vote for the next promotion at Jill Mitchell State Farm, it would be for Brandalyn. Thank you!!

My experience at their office was horrible. They need to work on customer service. If you're not their customer they don't have time for you. They are only interested in money . I was sent in by the claims department for help with forms. The person that I was rear ended by was insured by State Farm but NOT THEIR CUSTOMER. So they were reluctant to help me. They didn't have the brains to send a one day service UPS envelope on the same day. All you need to do is call the 800-number and say you have an envelope that needs to go out in one day service and they will pick it up. I signed the power of attorney at 10 AM in the morning. I came back about 4 o'clock to check on my envelope and it was still in the office. For one day service with UPS it needs to be picked up by 3:30 PM. I dropped the
