Jenny is fantastic. She goes above and beyond to answer questions. Jenny is the agent you want when you need her the most. Even when I have a general question she is right there ready to assist. I shopped around every few years for insurance before I found Jenny with Allstate. They review and make sure we have the right coverage for our needs. I would highly recommend them.

Jennifer Zills is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, and helpful people I have ever dealt with in the insurance industry. She explains things so you have a full understanding of what is going on with your coverage. She is extremely dependable when it comes to returning phone calls and emails. She understands the ups and downs of life and does whatever possible to make every transaction as smooth as possible. She is a huge asset to Allstate.

Jen is always helpful and quick to update or send me anything I need. The Allstate app is useful and easy to use.

Had (key word) Allstate for a few years, never had a claim. Rates have almost doubled (wth) $2000 a year for 2 cars my wife and I are in our 40s no accidents or tickets unreal, home insurance has gone up $700 over 2 years for a 5 year old house. I don't know if the rates are a reflection of your office or Allstates poor performance in the market over the last year. Regardless, what a joke. I shopped around and have better coverage on my home and cars and saved $1000 alone on my vehicles and $500 on my house. Unreal.....
