She is my mom’s agent and has not assisted with the one and only claim that my mom has had. The claim occurred on Good Friday in April of this year (2025) and Jill has not assisted with any part of the claim. She will not answer phone calls or return messages. My mom was referred to someone out of Texas to assist and nothing has been determined about the claim. We have had State Farm insurance my entire life and had always had good representation and when mom moved to Sioux Falls and Jill happily took the check for premiums on cars houses and so on….. now crickets. Terrible.
