Absolutely amazing service. I applied for a quote, and they contacted me with some questions. Within 15 minutes, I received my bond.

Getting ahold of customer service is easy. Although when we renewed our bond with them they ordered us a new bond with a new bond number in May 2023 rather than renewing. We had gotten a notice from jet surety 11/23 with old bond number starting they are going to send a cancelation to our state. After calling jet surety in November, right after getting the notice, they reassured us it was a mistake on their end and the state will not be effected... in February we got notice from the state of Az that bond was never renewed (which is was but with different bond number)we called jet surety again in Feb and they apologized but we had to do the leg work on getting it all cleared up... not happy with the series of events but we were able to get the issue corrected within 24 hours.

Very fast and accommodating process, and friendly staff behind the phone and in person. I have had my Bond with them since 2018, and opened a new one for my new business in 2023. I will always use them for my Bond, great service.
