Awful customer service! If I could give them 0 stars I most certainly would. After a few years of using them, we were sent a letter from the coperate office stating we would be dropped the next month and that if we had any questions to “contact the local agent” in regards to our home insurance. It is pathetic and sad that Landon Jestis didn’t even call us to provide this information himself considering we NEVER made a single claim on our homeowners insurance throughout our years of business with him. When my husband called him he acted like he didn’t know the answer. After a couple of weeks without a call back from Landon with an answer on why as promised, we called again and later received a phone call from his wife to apologize for the situation but we were still not provided a clear ans

After talking to 3 other local insurance agencies, Jestis beat their quotes by hundreds of dollars. Great communication and they came out the same day for pictures and we had coverage the next day! Awesome company to do business with!
