Jessica Thompson - State Farm Insurance Agent

It's been a pleasure having my insurance needs taken care of at Jessica Thompson's State Farm Agency. Everybody there are so helpful and take the time to explain things when I have a question. I've had some financial issues over the last couple years and have had a hard time keeping up with being able to pay the premiums on time and have had my car insurance policy lapse before because I was unable to make the payments but was always able to get it re installed without any hassle. I would never go anywhere else for insurance as I love the feeling I get knowing that they are always there and are very understandable when things are tight and I'm having trouble making payments and I'd like to mention how great of a job Austin does and it's nice knowing he is always looking out for me and maki

Excellent service. I have been with them since before i purchased my first home in 1990. Since then state farm has been there for me when others have not. I switched insurance companies and quickly switched back to state farm. Three homes , numerous vehicles throughout the past 40 years. I'm glad I came back to state farm.

Renee Estell is very great to work with. She is knowledgeable, took her time to explain options, responsive and listened to my questions. I would highly recommend her for insurance guidance.
