His office has always served me to the utmost with professionalism, personality, and attention to detail in his office. Staff is very knowledgeable, and they know exactly how to handle any of my situations over the years. Thank you.
I called in today, and the old lady who answered the phone was NO HELP. First she told me she had too many calls, and couldn't handle of them at once and that I should call back in 15 minutes. I waited an HOUR to call, and she still was no help. She didn't know the answers to any of my questions, and had a very SARCASTIC tone to her voice. If she can't handle customer service then she needs to find another job. I was VERY, VERY disappointed today.. NEGATIVE FIVE STARS is my review
